Notice of Temporary Use Permit Application No. PL2021-201

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to consider a resolution for a Temporary Use Permit application respecting 4299 Biggs Road and 7155 Weigles Road, and 3743 and 3751 Bell Road, in Electoral Area C. The purpose of the proposed permit is to allow the use of the subject parcels for a recycling and waste transfer facility and accessory retail and educational activities, for a period of three (3) years.
