Upcoming Service Alert - To support the 2025 January transit expansion and associated winter schedule, please be advised of a few route name and number changes noted below that will take effect on January 5, 2025:
- Route 11 Lantzville will become Route 31 (Lantzville).
- Route 91 (Parksville/Qualicum Beach, Woodgrove) will become Route 9 Intercity Line (Parksville/Qualicum Beach, Woodgrove).
- Route 1 (Country Club, Downtown) will become Route 72 (Country Club, Downtown).
- Route 50 (Downtown to Woodgrove) will become Route 1 Nanaimo Rapid Line (Downtown, Woodgrove).

During adverse weather, many factors can impact bus routes such as accidents, detours and changing road conditions. Detour Notice - (January 2 - Feb 28, 2025) Route 40 Downtown (Inbound) will detour down Wallace Street to the Downtown Exchange. Bastion Street will be closed due to road work.
