3853 Melrose Road – Water Storage Construction

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) has contracted Aurora Design Group to replace the roof and the top ring of the steel water storage reservoir (tank) at 3853 Melrose Road in the Melrose Terrace Water Service Area, in Electoral Area F. Work is expected to take place during daylight hours from September 11 to mid-October, 2024. Low levels of construction noise can be expected. There should not be any interruption in traffic flow as per the current workplan. For your safety and the safety of the work crews, please remain alert to work activities and obey posted signs.
