Public Hearing for Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw 2500, 2024 - Electoral Areas A, C, E, G and H

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) advises of a Public Hearing regarding Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw 2500, 2024 (Bylaw 2500) to be held in two parts. Part 1 is November 4, 2024, at 7 p.m. at Cedar Hall located at 2388 Cedar Road; AND Part 2 is November 7, 2024, at 7 p.m. at Nanoose Bay Community Centre located at 2925 Northwest Bay Road. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the public to make representations to the RDN respecting matters contained in Bylaw 2500.  Resulting from the Bylaw 500 Update and Review Project, Bylaw 2500 is proposed to be the new primary planning document to be used in regulating use of land, buildings and structures within Electoral Areas A, C, E, G and H.
