RDN News Release - Residents Invited to Provide Input on New Park in Cassidy

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) purchased a property in January 2024 for a new community park in Cassidy on Hallberg Road. The property is 0.41 acres in size, and will provide residents with an opportunity to relax, connect and enjoy the outdoors in their community with family, friends and neighbours. To help shape the use for this new park, including how it should be developed and what park features should be included, the RDN invites residents to share their input through an online survey until May 1, 2025.
