The applicant proposes to rezone the property from Residential 2 (RS2) zone, Subdivision District 'F', to Industrial 2.1 (IN2.1), Subdivision District 'Z', with the addition of Light Industry, Medium Industry, Mini Storage, Outdoor Sales and Heavy Equipment Display to accommodate future industrial uses.
