Reminder Notice

On Saturday, November 1, 2003, residents of Electoral Area 'B' (Gabriola and Surrounding Islands) will be asked to vote on "Descanso Bay Wharf Service Bylaw No. 1357, 2003".

Voters owning property or residing within Electoral Area 'B' will be asked if they are in favour of Bylaw No. 1357, which if approved, would authorize the creation of a service for the establishment, construction, operation and maintenance of emergency evacuation wharf facilities at Descanso Bay in Electoral Area 'B' (Gabriola Island).

General Voting Day will be held on Saturday, the first (1st) day of November, 2003, between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to qualified electors of the designated area at:
